Simply the BEST! Have had this Tri Tip twice now, grilled and smoked. Hands down the best Tri Tip I've had! Only I'll buy from here on out. Nothing but awesome complements. It is so tender it makes you think, how have you been eating non wagyu meat.

Smoked to Perfection I saw Kow on instagram and thought I should give them a shot. I smoked the tri tip on blackjack oak to 130* Thisvcould have been the best piece of meat I have ever eaten. !!!
